Fair Time

August 13, 2012

So the other week, we decided that Emma was big enough to attend the county fair!  Yay!  I love fairs, mainly because of the food!  But this year, we focused on things that Emma could look at, and we just grabbed some good eats on the way out!  Just thought I would take this Monday to share some pictures… we attended the our second fair this past weekend, and we’ll be sure to share those later on this month.  Let’s get started – this week we are going to see the fair with what we believe Emma’s commentary would be, if she spoke words 🙂

All ready to hit the fair in my buggy!

Llama Llama this is Me and my Mama!

Daddy, that is one funny looking dog…

Baaaaa-by we aren’t dogs…

Did I really just touch that thing?  And it made that funny noise!?

Cluck cluck… my mommy thinks your pretty and now we need a farm…

Supper time, then off to the petting zoo!

Who’s your mama baby goat?!

Grandpa are you sure we can’t get baby goats!?  Look at him!

Mommy, don’t stick your hand in there to take a picture of the brown baby ostrich!  You’re pinky is sticking out and that white bird looks hungry… Mommy, I told you that white bird was going to bite you!  Who puts biting birds in the petting zoo!?

These don’t look anything like Grandpa and Grandma’s piggies….

Can I play on the slide too!?

Why do we have to stand in line soooo long just to get that fluffy pink stuff?!

More lines… just give Daddy the donuts already!

Exhausted…

You know you had a great night at the fair, when the baby looks like this afterwards!  Have you hit up any fairs this summer!?  We’d love to hear about them!

Great fair pictures…I love Emma’s commentary. Brad & I will be hitting up the “great Minnesota get-together (aka The MN State Fair). We take the Metro transit bus ~ gotta love the “rock-star” pickup & delivery & mainly go for the good food. Loved seeing Emma this past weekend, she’s getting so big!
